PAL with Bulgaria

The Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) has finalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on literary cooperation with the Union of Bulgarian Writers Association. The MoU has been duly signed by PAL and is presently awaiting formal concurrence from the Bulgarian side. This initiative is designed to further strengthen literary and cultural linkages between Pakistan and Bulgaria.
